Rental Includes:

  • Use of the entire venue from 11am-midnight on day of rental (additional hours available at $450/hour)
  • Outdoor lawn with open-air covered structure (with 2 fans and cafe lights), brick and concrete courtyards, and indoor space
  • 8 8' wooden farm tables
  • 16 10' wooden farm tables
  • 30 60" round tables
  • 500 fruitwood padded folding chairs
  • 6 30" cocktail tables
  • 2 portable wooden bars
  • 22' x 11' projector screen
  • Bridal suite (or backstage area) with hair & make-up room, dressing room, and lounge space
  • Full stage, lighting, and A/V equipment
  • Bring in your own catering and alcohol at no additional charge
  • Professional cleaning
  • Valet parking required ($35/hour per attendant)
 
 
 

Rates:

  • Sunday: $5,000
  • Monday - Wednesday: $1,750
  • Thursday: $3,750
  • Friday: $6,000
  • Saturday: $6,500
